KFC Kundasang — Restaurant in Sabah

Dear KFC Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of your Kundasang outlet, which I visited recently during my holiday in Sabah. As a loyal customer who has always appreciated KFC’s quality and service, I was extremely disappointed by the poor hygiene and cleanliness at this outlet.

The restaurant was full of flies, and the premises were visibly dirty, creating an unpleasant dining atmosphere. This not only diminished my experience but also spoiled the holiday mood I had been looking forward to. Like many customers, I held high expectations for KFC as a trusted brand, but this visit left me utterly dissatisfied.

I strongly urge your management to take immediate steps to address the cleanliness and hygiene issues at this outlet. Such conditions do not reflect the standards associated with your brand and can potentially harm customer trust.

My first time giving review here in google, i rarely complain but this time it just doesnt make sense, i order 5 original fried chicken and the staff said only small chicken left, need to wait 20 minute for it and i said okay, after waiting for 20 minute they need 8 minute more, no 'sorry' with a bit angry face given but i just let it be. After that bring the food back to hotel just to find out that i get 3 spicy chicken and no large mash potato included. You guys shouldnt ask to wait if there is no more stock of what...

This is still known as the best KFC I have eaten in Sabah!! Their food is really fresh and chicken are super juicy. Before this I always heard others saying that you should try Kundasang KFC, it's nicer, I don't trust this statement until I taste it. Everything is awesome and the environment is clean! Service provided is effecient too, but it still depends on the crowd. I have visited twice and the standard is still there. I'll definitely visit everytime I visit...
