16/09/2024 Dirty table - I clean it use a dry tissue since they didn't provide table cloth when I asked for it.

The staff is throwing some attitude - refusing to help take orders.

Clogged and dirty sink - I unclog it on my own.

Didn't let customers know some of the foods (goreng-goreng) cannot be served at the moment yet still accepting orders.

We arrived around 10AM, we were aware that this day was a public holiday. This Restaurant might need a long time to settle each customer order BUT it is unacceptable when we as a customer took the initiative to queue in front of the counter to give our order yet still being ignored. At first I ordered nasi goreng,mi goreng and the waitress jotted it down without hesitation but after waiting for a long time, I followed up the order then she suddenly said the kitchen is not ready. Lousy! At the end we ordered sayap ayam madu from the stall, plain rice and soups. Might not recommend this place to my relatives...

This place really should improve in many ways. They are lucky as not much choice for restaurant in Kundasang, Sigh 😪

Turnover of customer is a lot and table that the previous customer left was not immediately clean. Even I went clean my own table as they all too busy.

Staff are slow in working, they need to be train to work faster or if cannot train them, need to hire more staff.

Dirty restaurant, the sink are very dirty, no soap available, water are very slow. The sink obviously not been clean for quite some time, they are lucky i did not take picture for each of it.

Order are slow.

They should improve or else better restaurant that will emerge in future can make them bankrupt.

Actually nice restaurant that u can try is the D'corner cafe, its a cafe inside D'lundus Homestay, definitely much better than...

REGRETTED coming here. Cleanliness... There were a LOTS of FLIES! This restaurant should do something about it like trapping the flies using a fly bait, 'fly attraction lamps', etc. Besides the house flies issue, this place is quite dirty. Service...When we arrived, only 2 tables were occupied. Then we realised that our food was being served to other customers who came later. We had to remind them again and when our food was finally served the waitress didn't even apologise. Dang!...I lost my appetite. My advise, don't come here unless you are a fan of flies and...
