Kinabalu View Guesthouse — Hotel in Borneo

The view from this roomstay is owesome 🤩. The magnificent Kinabalu mount can be seen very clear from this roomstay 🤩 if the weather not cloudy or foggy. This is a rustic house that turned to roomstays. The house looks old but the embience cosy for a staycation. As we come during summer, the tape water pressure is low.. The staff forgot to provide our room with doormate and plastic garbage. The staff not friendly, even not remember about our booking untill i had to check back our WhatsApp...and luckily they had room for us and it was clean. Road to get to the house a bit steep but still okay for small...

Admirable view. Friendly staff. Decent place. Awesome hospitality by the owner of Kinabalu View Guest House during our stay in Kundasang. Thank you very much Mr Yan for making our trip a pleasant one. Climbing the great mountain is one hard task so, having our accommodation well taken care of is a bonus. Friends and family, the place is not only convenient (close to the Kundasang market) but the scenic view of the surrounding area is breathtaking. Go ahead and experience it yourself. Value for money....

Nice homestay..biarpun keadaan homestay agak lama. berdasarkan bilik yg saya ambil adlh queen bed bilik no.11. So far katil selesa dan bersih. Tandas juga besar dan water heater pun boleh dikatakan ok juga. Tidak la teruk sangat yg slow betul air dia. Lantai tandas pun bersih. Tidak berdaki mcm homestay yg lain. View dari homestay pun mantap. Lokasi dekat dgn pekan kundasang. Senang utk cari makan. Homestay ni juga menyediakan dapur kongsi sekiranya ada yg ingin memasak. Cuma ada beberapa yg ingin saya komen mengenai dapur homestay sini. Pertama sekali apabila saya masuk dapur, saya nampak kuali yg tidak bercuci. Rasanya sdh hampir seminggu atau lebih. Seperti bekas mengoreng ikan. (Perlu tindakan owner homestay)

Di atas sinki tempat mencuci pula ada bekas plastik makanan yg kena tapau dr luar homestay dibiarkan dan tidak dibuang dlm tong sampah. Rasanya itu adlh sikap penghuni homestay yg check in pada masa itu.

Pinggan mangkuk, sudu dlm dapur homestay sprti tidak dibersihkan sepenuhnya. Daki2 hitam di tepi pinggan sangat tebal. Agak ragu2 untuk guna biarpun sudah mencucinya. (Perlu tindakan owner homestay)

Keadaan dapur juga tidak teratur. Bekas2 pinggan dan mangkuk serta apa yg ada di dlm dapur berhabuk. Dinding dapur juga hitam bercampur dgn sarang labah2. ( perlu tindakan owner)

Apapun harga utk satu malam agak murah ya. Susah dapat harga begini di...
