This is the best Sang Yuk Tong (pork offal soup) I’ve had in Malaysia. The variety of offal is impressive, including pork kidney, and everything is cooked perfectly with no unpleasant smell at all. The broth is rich and flavorful — my friend and I even refilled it once because it was so good. The raw pork is specially prepared, making it incredibly smooth and tender, and when paired with fish sauce and chili, the taste is simply next level.
