We recently visited Lock Ann Cafe and had a tasty experience with some local favorites. We ordered their White Lady drinks, Mi Belacan, and Rojak – each dish offering something special.
The White Lady was a refreshing mixed fruit cut drink – sweet, slightly tangy, and perfect for beating the heat. It’s light, colorful, and a great way to start the meal.
The Mi Belacan was full of flavor – rich, spicy, and packed with that signature belacan umami. If you're a fan of belacan, this dish will hit the spot.
The Rojak was quite unique, featuring a mix of ubi (yam/sweet potato), tofu, and buntut ayam (chicken tail). It was served with a flavorful chili sauce and sprinkled with crushed peanuts, adding a nice spicy kick and crunchy texture to the mix. A creative twist on traditional rojak that worked really well.
