Subway Jalan Kulas — Restaurant in Sarawak

Among the worst Subway ever been in Kuching city. Not much varieties for veggie, cucumber and onion where as we can choose up to 8 veggies. What is the problem in having much selection for your veggie? To me cucumber and onion only for the veggie is very limited, then have options to add more meat in the bread or maybe substitute with extra one more chips or cookies. I am very upset with the quality of this Jalan Kulas Subway outlet. This is an act of cheating the consumer who wish to have more healthy meal. Have a good thinking about the product that you are selling, if not, your business will closed down in no time due to no customers because of the quality of your products that you are selling....

I ordered through grab app at around 8pm and waited for my food until 9.10pm suddenly they cancel my order. When i want to call the outlet, they dont pick up the call anymore. I thought they STOP taking order at 9:30 as per advertised and clean up afterwards but it seems that they start cleaning up way earlier than 9pm. I hope the manager take into consideration about this matter.

I was very disappointed that it took 1 hour for them to decide to just cancel my order when it couldve been earlier so i can order from other outlet. I will not order from here anymore. Worse...

Subway Kulas is my go to place to grab sandwich since it's geographically convenient and cozy. Everything is okay up till today, the service was totally ugly. VERY BAD SERVICE. At 3pm ish today, one of the girl staff seems to hate her work? With her sour face, raising her voice tone while I speak nicely to her, and seems to be angry. Thought she was not in the mood but then continue to laugh with her colleagues? No respect to the customer AT ALL. Girl you are tarnishing Subway's name, please DO BETTER.
