Toko Daging Cafe — Restaurant in Sarawak

Went here few times & yet, the service is still bad & not improve ever since my last visit. The staff is not friendly esp the guy whos taking our orders. The price of the dish (RM38 like seriously?) i had is not reasonable & definitely not worth every penny as we have been served with “low quality” of lamb & side dishes that have been served cold & the vegetables esp, seems like have been soaked for too long. Even the taste is horrible as its only drizzle/maybe sauteed with sesame oil only. The food presentation is ok but the taste is totally out. Very. The thickness of the blackpepper sauce is ok but couldnt find the exact taste. Its just a decent sauce obviously, nothing to expect more. Even the sky juice tastes like “sunlight” dishwashing liquid. Probably the glass have not cleaned very well.

Wouldnt come here if i ever craved for western food but if yre looking for simple dishes of western at affordable price, this place would be good for you to dine in &...

people smoking (both staff & customer) inside premise despite the smoking ban at all eatery. we ordered big platter for 4 people, so each of us given small plate. PLASTIC PLATE. ugly looking & got visible scratches & cuts all over the plate. imagine have to cut meat on plastic plate. so contrast with "upscale" meaty menu, plate is moving while trying to cut the meat that table also shaking. so uncomfortable, the meat can fly back to the kitchen small table to cater big serving plate, which again Plastic. some of my family find the food nice, not for me. food served taste cold & not fresh, black paper sauce not to my liking it is very seldom for me to give negative comment, but this one i have to....

Seriously, don't go during peak hours 8 - 9pm. Need to wait for 10 minutes to take my order. And then wait around 15 minutes to get the drink..add another 10 minutes to get the food..and when the food arrived, the quality is not as good as Kpg Gita ir Petra Jaya branch (unfortunately Petra Jaya branch only serve mi kolo for now). My grilled cheese chicken was cold and the cheese is not melting as what advertised in the menu. So frustrated with this branch. Maybe need to brush up cooking skill...
