A good Singapore Chicken Rice shop. Service good too. Need improvement on the environment especially the "Hope" donation box should not be there all through out the year. Moreover the record book is placed on top of it. The donation box should be removed after all who ever wants to do charity know where to go after all these "Hope" charity organization always advertise in Borneo Post now and then. It may contribute to Convid infection especially with a lot of customers going in and coming out for their lunch or dinner at the same time paying their lunch or dinner or take away food. This organization should not practice this method for charity. Even Autistic Association, Salvation Army, Blind Centre or Chesire home don't practice it. They do sale once a year for the donation or those who are interested to donation for charity can always contact and go to the organization . The donation boxes are seen in a number of places in Kuching too. This practice must be stopped. It is an unpleasant sight to the public. A good eating place with a clean and healthy environment is a pleasing sight for all...

Service Oh my god IT'S SO SLOW we are doing everything by ourselves, pick up the menu, pick up the order list which it should on every table. But they only prepared one for ALL customer. We also had to pick up the sauces which it's also should've been on every table. When we rang the button, nobody came so we had to give it straight to the worker. Not to mention the worker is not friendly at all, they're all so 'kaku', not even a word.

The food was........ okay. That's all i can say. Please improve your management. If you got so many customers to serve, do have a planning how to handle it and plan how to avoid such...

Is there 0 star? Extremely slow service for a takeaway. Waited like a noob (really a noob) for one hour till I asked them about my order of lemon chicken rice. One Chinese uncle took my receipt then, only then the food was made out, guessed they had missed the order or poor order management, by doing the chicken rice first which is faster. No apologetic sign at all. Heard one staff telling the other: tell him if he wants to be fast then..... I mean, everyone who came after me has eaten and left. Isn't it unfair? Unlucky experience. Coz we paid for the food first so you can delay is it? Coz we can...
