With the new management, the new Fried Chicken Recipe is very poor, as can be witnessed by the number of customers there. With the Lockdown it's even worse. Sorry, you've lost that loving feeling... It was a reputable Fast-food outlet managed by Mr. Wung back in 1975 if I'm not mistaken and the 1st Sugar Bun stall was at Kenyalang Park Shopping Mall, Kuching. He worked his humble business up till he had more than 10 Sugar Bun outlets throughout Sarawak. Only then did KFC come in - their 1st Fast Food store was at Wisma Hopoh, Jalan Pee Ramlee, Kuching. Sugar Bun was franchised and later sold the business chain out... and it's business worsened till many of it's stores were forced to shut down ... till today, there are only a few left.
As expected, Sugar Bun in Tabuan Jaya is now closed down...
