Sad experience and poor service. I don't mind if the food is not available but I mind if no one notices I did not receive enough food. Ordered 1350H, 3 food and 2 drinks only received. It's more than 35min. My daughter is so hungry and her food still receives. Until we called one of the staff and I heard they immediately prepared. So take time again. Still waiting for the 1 drinking left, again calling the staff. They check in the system and come to me and said will prepare now. I said no. There are more bitter feelings for us here. The quality of the food is good but the only problem at this outlet is the way the female staff (small girl with black hijab - during 2nd raya eve) treats customers is very unprofessional and rude. Even though the food we ordered has run out, we are still considering switching to another menu.
