The food here is so good...especially the steam chicken (菜园鸡). It is less fatty, meat is firm, the gravy is not overly salty. It served with my favourite cantonese style gried ginger and onion dipping which is very rare now. The gravy-style steam kamfong fish is also good. The signature claypot kangkung is also good. Food was delicious especially the fresh water prawn Mee and 'lim' fish. Both were very fresh and large big head prawns. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I called ahead to place an order, expecting it to be ready upon my arrival. However, after arriving at restaurant 20 minutes later, I was told that my order had not even been started. I then had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my food to be prepared.
