3/10 Do not recommend

Oh Good God where do we begin with this.

Bad service and rude - first of all when we came in, we were made to sit at a small table no bigger than a coffee table, when we asked to be seated at a much larger table we were instantly denied by the lady boss without even considering our request. We are people who order a lot of food about 6 dishes (medium size) and by the time 3 was served there was no more room for the rest and had to be shifted to a bigger table in the middle of eating. Let me make a point here. In no restaurant will a guest ever be moved to a different table from where they are already seated unless its say raining or they request for a table change. But this restaurant somehow doesnt seem to have that sense of interrupting meals halfway to relocate.

The food is HORRENDOUS - 7 dishes and i will proceed to name what is so wrong with each a) kom pou mantis prawn - too much sauce that it became a wet mush on the plate b) salt pepper squid- overcooked rubbery c) butter sauce crabs - the audacity of this restaurant to blatantly LIE to my face and say that the crabs given to us were 2XL crabs. Just look at the picture and u will know those are small crabs. Let alone the crabs were not the freshest (for a seafood restaurant disappointing) d) fried mantao - if they can fk this up good god get a grip girl. e) sharkfin soup - no sharkfin in it, glass noodles a bit of crab meat egg and a generous heaping of corn starch. RM88.00 mhmmm let that sink in. No freshness of the seafood or that luxurious smooth taste in a sharkfin soup.. no sir just cornstarch glue. f)fish coconut curry - curry (all curry powder), fish mainly fish skin that was not cooked properly so they're all tough and gummy while barely any fish, plus the vegetables they put in are small and wilted. g) they gave us fresh prawns free: but they were just steamed prawns. No flavours besides the soy sauce dip which we ended up peeling and dumping into the curry cause at least that did the prawns a service.

Closing review remarks, we in total spent about RM351.00 on the food there and to be frank there are other places you can spend that money at that serves way better food without the...

This restaurant has been around for ages and their reputation is pretty good. Seats are quite limited since the shop is quite small so if you do not want to be dissapointed, suggest you make reservation or be there early before the peak hour. We tried their signature salted egg crabs RM48. The crabs are small size but fresh and sweet, however the taste is below average. We also ordered the creamy butter crabs which taste a lot more better. The sauce is absolutely perfect and yummy, goes perfectly with fried buns (man tao). Man Tao is a must as it is also their signature and goes so well with the sauce that comes with the crab. Definitely will be back to try their chilly crabs which seems to be a fav amongst the patrons. The four vegetables sambal dish that we ordered was below average. There wasn't enuf sambal and taste was just ok. The slice fish with mushrooms and shredded ginger looks absolutely tantalising, the sauce was very nice but the fish slices was overcooked so it was a bit on the tough side. The claypot brinjal with minced pork was good, taste yummy. This restaurant is not cheap and they don't accept credit card. All cash ! So if you are ordering the big crabs, bring lots of cash along. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The service is efficient and food was served very fast. Will definitely be back to try the...

Nothing special. 3 of us went thete to eat. We were going to order a lot of food, but the owner wouldn't let us sit at a bigger table. Made us sit at a table which was more like a coffee table, which would be ok if we called a plate each instead of multiple dishes....so ended up having to move tables in the middle of eating coz there was no space for all our food =.=

Food: Kam heong mantis prawn: sauce was too salty and slightly bitter taste. Coconut curry fish fillet: the curry tasted like pure curry powder Butter sauce 2 XL crabs: XL is a MAJOR overstatement. The size of one crab was smaller than my brother's palm....and our family has small hands (genetics). The sauce was too runny and wouldn't stay coating my crab meat. Salt and pepper squid: not enough seasoning, it just tasted like a slightly saltier version of fried squid Sharkfin soup with crab meat: way too full of corn starch, the soup was quite thick. And the fishy smell was terrible. Loaded up lots on vinegar Fried mantau: just about the only thing they didn't screw up lol

Total bill around RM 320 And they only take Cash or E-wallet.

Will I come...
