Tiga Budak Gemok (Cyberjaya) — Restaurant in Sepang

This place used to be okay. The service was decent and the food was not bad. My last visit to this place on 16th July changed my perception.

First, the cashier guy was rather rude and not pleasant. He acted as if he doesn't want to be there. Certainly not someone you would want to man the counter.

Second, the service was slow. For a prepared food that wasn't made to order, the service was ridiculously slow. They clearly doesn't employ any system to track which order comes first. The food was also served cold unfortunately.

Third, the lack of option for drinks.. They only serve teh o ice and sirap. When I asked for any other option, the cashier guy replied very rudely.

Fourth, the cleanliness is very poor. They don't provide proper hand wash basin so you have to wash your hand at a designated area that is dirty and not suitable. No suitable cutlery was provided as well.

Please improve. You guys...

Came to eat this shop at 7pm When i was eating at 7.25 ( time buka puasa ) a waiter came to me and said other people wana Sit as they wana buka puasa. Yes i literally understand its time to buka puasa . But im half way of eating and there is no other empty table though . So i asked her back where should i go makan then . Then she keep on coming and disturbing me asking me to wake up from my place when im eating with reason others wana Sit . Yes i understand they wana buka puasa but is this a way how u respect people who is eating ? Just because im a Indian and i dont deserve a table to eat ? And she was so rude to me . I end up just left my food half way and left . Never ever do this to people . U will never know Even for others that is their first and precious meal afta working for so many hours . And i bliv no religion...

3 Budak Gemok is a franchise rhat started from a humble stall that serves simple but delicious meal. They serves only a few dishes but what they served, they did it very well.

This outlet in Cyberjaya is a full standing shop unlike to the other outlets, which is more like a stall type outfit. The food served is really good and delicious although simple. I would rate it higher but for the fact my rice and chicken was cold, i'm guessing that it was prepared in bulk and refigerated. My meal would need to be heated a bit more. Still good though, and the sambal is firey...
