McDonald's KLIA Terminal 2 Satellite — Restaurant in Sepang

Plenty of self service kiosk at KLIA2 after immigration but items being listed sold out when they are not. Had to keep asking them nicely for changes to self service machine so customer can select it. First tell me no regular Ayam mc goreng then got some like 30mins later. As this is not available back home I decided to keep asking until they do correct their system.

One worker was helpful ( but had to keep approaching her) but it seems like the staff environment is nobody cares or lazy to do . I approach another (Chinese shorthair glasses) and tap on her shoulder and she ignore you like a ghost . Even call out she pretend cannot hear. This is how cold it was for an airport to service international passengers. It’s quite appalling. I understand the pay you get is not great but at least your able to work and eat or be alive unlike others out there who are not fortunate on the streets etc

7 years ago maccas was good at other maccas terminal 1 and now I regret it. It is not the same anymore. Chicken was just luke warm and fries just light warm only. For 21.50RM on slightly high side but still ok for quick bite. Inflation has kick in.

I did not receive my food after waiting 30mins. I did go up after 15 mins and the lady just walked away. At 20mins I asked for a refund from this lady. Large gentleman (perhaps manager) who was more interested in chatting to the airport ladies was then interrupted from doing nothing to asking why I wanted a refund. I advised that it has been 20mins and no food. He walked into kitchen and then came back with HR form to fill out advising he could not do refund and HR must do it. Whilst filling out form he took it from me and walked off into kitchen saying it is coming now. 7 minutes later it still did not arrive but he came out with a smaller gentleman. The food is pretty standard so it's okay and can be good. Spicy Mcchicken is the go to.

Cakes are okay but quite pricey, from the other review, the apple crumble is surprisingly good.

However the hot food part of my order sat on the counter for more than 10 minutes because they were waiting on the drink. Which came after I reminded them.

The food was cold and I had to ask for it to be replaced which the staff were kind enough to do.

Wouldn't recommend the fried chicken, probably worst fast food fried chicken, lacks flavour and quite dry for a drumstick.

Also, I recommend not paying at the kiosk and paying or ordering at the counter. The kiosk allows you to purchase items which are unavailable and its a nightmare to...
