Subject: Feedback on Customer Experience – Urgent Attention Required

To Whom It May Concern,

Good day. I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during the night shift at around 11:20 PM (2320).

A customer from China attempted to order drinks, but was met with an impatient and unhelpful response from one of your staff members. As a result, the customer ended up ordering the wrong drink, which, as shown in the attached photo, was left unfinished. The experience clearly affected their impression of your establishment.

More concerningly, we also noticed that the same staff member spoke in a disrespectful tone, particularly toward female customers. This kind of verbal conduct is unacceptable and should not be tolerated under any circumstances. Every customer, regardless of nationality or gender, deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy.

The staff member in question is slim in build, though we are unsure of their name. We sincerely hope you will look into this matter seriously and ensure your team is reminded about the importance of professional, respectful service.

Sep 14, 2023, 15:14. A female Malay casher Siti Naz, her service attitude was rude using frequent loud ‘hah~?’s when she talks to the customer. Ordered a peach ice tea but had to step out immediately (leaving the whole tea at the counter) as the shop didn’t have any power outlets working. Broken power outlet is not really a problem. Bigger problem is the clerk’s attitude when I asked about it. I had to hear another ‘haah???’s and she rudely said ‘there should be some outlets working!’ as if it was my fault not being able to locate it. I tried all open outlets but none of them were in working condition. If she or other staff told me they were sorry for not having a working outlet I was able to live with it (it was not a congested hour and may staffs were just standing at the counter) I had a lounge access and could proceed there for charging. Remember Coffee Bean is a globally trusted brand and this airport shop is the first face to encounter when entering through...

The Coffee Bean is just amazing. The staff always greet you with a big smile and they all speak reasonable english too (no mixed up orders lol).

The place is always clean and well presented, and generally there is small crowd there too, a very popular place.

Food is served with all choices being a perfect match to go with a "cuppa" of your choice. The coffee is brewed perfectly by the well trained baristas, never a burnt bitter cuppa here! There is a nice range of savoury and if you have a sweet tooth, they have that covered too.

Outside there is deck area to enjoy your coffee or tea. There used to be ashtrays for smokers, but the law changed that, but people still do smoke (this is Malaysia!).

Located on the left at the main entrance to Dpulze shopping mall, you cant miss it. I live upstairs in the Residences and visit reguarly and have never had a problem with anything I have chosen. (My favourite is Iced Latte, yummy in this warm weather).

It was very confusing as I had to put back my bagel as I wanted to pay 6:55am- as the food was just sold after 7:00 . Confusingly this was not stated anywhere and the food was already on display .. as I really needed some food and had coffee ordered I re-queued and managed to get the bagel 2 minutes after 7… the long time was by the way due to the speed of the people at the counter as just 2 people where before me when re- queueing.. last but not least the lady at the cashier was very grumpy, hectic and annoyed by the people bugging her .. no nice experience- especially when you had to get up at 5 after some very stressful biz days and you just want to relax and prepare for a 19 h trip..

Then only someone ask me pay by cash or card. Then I used the self service kiosk to order myself. My drink came fast but I waited for almost 20 mins for my food. When I went to the counter to ask, then only they realised that my food was left unattended in the microwave. One staff apology but the others laugh loudly. I can see them not bothering the other customers as well. If you don't like your job, just quit. Don't provide this type of Horrible service to your customers.

I can see them not bothering the other customers as well. If you don't like your job, just quit. Don't provide this type of Horrible service to your customers.
