Manager's attention is required! I spent almost 2 hours in the cafe, and I couldn't be served: 1) They made a mistake and served the wrong dish for the first 40 minutes. They served me toast with cream. I'm allergic to bread. I waited for my fried eggs for two hours. 2) They served the same dish to other customers while I was hungry since 6 a.m.3) Eventually, they refused to serve me the fried eggs and canceled my order. If this was the chef's protest, replace him! This is outrageous! Thank you for the coffee, but I would still like to have breakfast instead of waiting two hours hungry and running out of the cafe because it's time, and I don't have time to grab a bite to eat elsewhere. 4) The team is struggling to handle the number of orders, and there are too many customers, so there's no space to sit, and everyone is overcrowded.

Unfortunately, I shattered the cup today morning while making a cup of coffee for myself and I am extremely heart broken. I am just wondering if you still have those cups in stock. If yes, I would send a friend to get it for me and ship to Bangladesh. Also, anyone else who's reading this review other than the owner, the bakery was nice and 100% worth visiting it if you have some time in your hand.

I was walking around looking for a nice place to sit down and order a coffee whilst waiting for my flight and came across this cafe. I’m from Melbourne so coffee is something I’m picky about but my almond milk latte was made to perfection! In fact I had two 🤭 staff so lovely and friendly. If you need a nice relaxed cafe whilst in transit in KL I highly recommend you coming here. You won’t regret it

I was walking around looking for a nice place to sit down and order a coffee whilst waiting for my flight and came across this cafe. I’m from Melbourne so coffee is something I’m picky about but my almond milk latte was made to perfection! In fact I had two 🤭 staff so lovely and friendly. If you need a nice relaxed cafe whilst in transit in KL I highly recommend you coming here. You won’t regret it

First time round, great experience, service and food. Decided to come back on our trip on the way back home to have another feed. We were the only customers, 4-5 staff just chatting at the counter and I had to go over and order in the end. Ordered a juice and was told didnt have, came back to order a different juice and got the same response. Ordered a delicious malay meal for my wife and the chicken burger for our son which were both very nice and filling. However do not buy the beef burger, absolutely a waste of money. It was more expensive than the other two meals yet, the patty as way smaller than the bun and nothing to it. Thankfully i ate some of my son and wife's meals. Gave feedback to a staff member and he said thank you and he slightly laughed. Unsure if he cared or if their was a language...
