FELLAS Restaurant - The Best Food Place in Bukit Jelutong — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Visited for the first time around 10:30am. The physical menu at the entrance stated that only the English breakfast section was available before 11:00am, with other sections opening later. However, when ordering via QR code, the “English breakfast” section oddly included items like burgers, which were not on the physical English breakfast menu. We placed an order anyway. At 10:50am, a waiter came and told us that the food we ordered wasn’t available and that only the buffet outside was being served — something no one informed us earlier. He offered to cancel the order, but I had already paid. Later, he returned and said the kitchen could prepare the food, but it would take around 20 minutes.

The physical menu did not match the QR menu. Staff gave conflicting information about food availability.

Overall, a very poorly run restaurant. If you want to run a business, run it properly. No surprise they keep changing names and ownership.

Ordered a cappuccino to take away. Mentioned the order twice to 2 different waiter. Both don’t know to use the coffee machine and had to call another person. By this time, 10 minutes has passed and still no sign of coffee being brewed. Told them cancel order and walked out. Suspect coffee will taste like drain water cause both employees equally don’t know how to operate a coffee machine. Restaurants looked ok, but my humble advise if it takes more than 10 minutes to prepare a cup of cappuccino to take away then you are bound to fail. Please stick to your usual kopi kapal api 3 in 1 if you don’t know how to use a coffee machine. The pastries tooked beyond pathetic, hence I did not want to risk it.
