Mich'sology — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Overall the food was fantastic and very good ideal on the mix and match thingy. However this is my 1st visit and during my 1st 5 mins I was about to leave. What's went wrong since the food is so tasty?

When I walked in, no body attended to us and I need to relay on the menu to figure out what's kind of food or drink I should be getting. One of the staff clearly sitting there doing nothing. Then when I try to ask the answer just very vague (yeah I can read about i just want to get more about difference between and some recommendations).

Summary: great idea and food just lack of explanation especially to people like me as 1st timer. Else 5 stars for you.

The salmon portion is so small, if you guys check the reviews on grab food then you will understand why i rate this place 1 star. The salmon is so small when i already added fuel add on salmon. The first 2 are my options so i took 2 times salmon then i add on fuel. 3 clicks to add salmon so i should be getting generous amount of salmon. The salmon is tastless and not fresh too which is very dissapointing. If you want more customers and continue to make this business, make sure to sell the fresh ones to avoid food poisoning. Make sure to also LEARN what is the meaning of PORTION and the meaning of FRESH if that is not in your restaurant's dictionary. Not going to...

Me and my girlfriend went to Mich'sology Setia Alam not long ago, and I can assure you that we will not be returning there ever again in our lives.

The salmon portion of the Customize Your Fuel Bowl (Large) was unbelievably small. The fact that it was a 2 scoops of fuel makes me extremely dissapointed.

The drink that I ordered (Mich'sology's Signature) was undrinkable.

We weren't feel welcomed at all, the girl named Emily(?) was just sitting there playing with her phone the whole time until we called to order. We are the only 2 customers at that moment, we would understand if the place was packed and she was very busy,...
