Nando's • Setia City Mall — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Nando’s Setia Alam is truly a standout dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the staff who are not just polite but genuinely warm and friendly. Their hospitality makes you feel welcome and valued every single time and it is clear they take pride in providing excellent service. The team goes above and beyond to ensure your visit is comfortable, attentive, and enjoyable. Honestly, the staff here are some of the nicest you will meet anywhere.

The food is exactly what you expect from Nando’s. Each dish is flavorful, consistent, and satisfying. They prepare every meal with care, maintaining that perfect balance of spices and tenderness that keeps customers coming back. It is impressive how they manage to consistently deliver such high quality meals while keeping everything clean, organized, and hygienic.

The ambiance of the restaurant complements the experience perfectly. It is clean, well maintained, and welcoming, making it ideal for both casual meals and gatherings with friends or family. Overall, Nando’s Setia Alam excels not just in serving delicious food but also in creating a genuinely friendly and enjoyable environment, largely thanks to their amazing staff. Truly a five...

The management of Nado's Setia Alam need to learn a serious lesson from the management of Nando's Eco Grandeur.

The Eco Grandeur restaurant is efficient, well managed, efficient , the staff are well trained and they follow the Corporate SOP's to make every visit of every customer there a positive experience. This is why, although they are not our nearest Nando's Restaurant geographically, they will be our Nando's of choice in months to come.

The staff of Nando's Setia Alam need to be better trained, more disciplined and considerably more professional before they ever come even close to offering the positive customer experience of Nando's Eco Grandeur.

And their current problems are driving customers away from their restaurant and away from dining in Setia City Mall.

We did contact the corporate HQ of Nandos and they suggested that we try Nandos Eco Grandeur instead of Setia Alam City mall and what a difference between the two restaurants!

They were utterly professional, their customer services was exemplary and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were in their restaurant.

When we left, our emotional reaction to the restaurant was exactly the opposite to the experience of visiting Nandos Setia...

The definition of good food for me : the food that you will missing once a while, then you want to try it taste again, like..Siham Laksa, Ramly Burger, and Nandos...(etc.etc.)

Not the first time in Setia City Mall Nando's and won't be the last...as the only restaurant i collecting stamps currently (not like other company collect the stamps and maybe just give you a mineral water or tissue..Nando's really give you a meal)

Clean place, friendly staff, food is awesome(taste like no others), sauce is good, refillable drinks(for certain drinks).

Be alert:

1. sometimes full house on lunch or dinner time, you maybe be wait up more than 30 minutes.
2. they change from now, you need to pay right after you order the food before you having it, not after your meal.

But still, 5 stars restaurant for me.

Having the meal few days ago, the staff/chef/manager come to me and tell me maybe need to wait up to 18 minutes for the chicken. I'm actually happy as they not simply let me wait like a fool....PLUS! They gave a free soup for me for waiting the chicken( another soup and bread is my ordered item).

Highly recommended for Setia City Mall...
