This place has multiple apartments that are often rented out for Airbnb and home stays. Unfortunately most of the building units have a pest problem. Namely, cockroaches. Some units have addressed this by calling in pest control. Others have not. And finally, I believe many owners use the same set of cleaners and they really are not cleaning properly. The towels smell of sweat like they haven’t been washed properly and there’s lots of debris like food around that’s not cleaned properly so no wonder there is a bad roach problem. This place is convenient as you can walk over to Setia city mall which is opposite the road if you use the back entrance. Also convenient if you need to go to NIH. If you absolutely need to stay here, look carefully at the reviews on Airbnb and agoda and any other booking website for the property you are considering...

One of the best apartment "home stays". Great locatíon (though having a car is preferable), and a well maintained apartment with a big pool on the 7th floor. With the access card parking is free. It's also a fairly quiet place if you feel like you want to relax...

Room is very good and clean. Place is very secure since you need access card for in and out of the place. Location is quite okay and very quiet so that's a plus point for me or anyone who wants...
