The Master Chef fried rice is average as it only has light fragrance with tiny bits of fried Chinese sausage and crabsticks cuts to lend flavour. Sang Har Mee (River Prawn noodle) was nice as it carries a fragrance that is just right derived from lightly placed rice wine that blends well with the prawn flavour without cancelling or effecting the other flavour.
