If I could choose not to give any stars, I would definitely do so. I was a regular customer, but it got worse and worse. Service, food quality and price all included. We waited for our meat order for one whole hour, and in the end it still didn’t come (note that dining time is only 2 hours), and we even asked the staff twice. What shocked me was, when you give feedback to the owner (yes, the owner), instead of looking into the problem and solving it, he brushed you off and even gaslight (in a threatening and sarcastic) manner that it is not his or his staff’s fault. There is definitely many more places with better food and better price than this place. I strongly do not recommend...

Their pork slice and beef slice is awesome. Thin slice and fat just enough for each slice. Pork slice to be dip with cheese sauce is awesome! Plenty of sauce and condiment to be choose.

From the latest reviews and from the owner's response, I can see that they are making an effort to improve. The husband and wife owners are polite and friendly and explain the dishes that they have. They invite you to take more. Food wise, the meats are generous in portion and the veges are fresh. The sauce is spicy and I love it.

The highlight is each one has a personal pot and the soup is always kept hot. There is also a 2 hour...
