The service here ruined the mood, food was so so, definitely better hotpot from other places like haidilao and shabuyo. only went here because wanted to try something new, but utterly disappointed. They had time limit of 1hr30min and 2hr with different prices, and the staff stated the price will be charged as 2hr after 1hr 30min. Some time past 1hr30min, one of the staff STOPPED us from eating, the original sentence from the waiter was “You cannot eat anymore, you already ate very long time”, and we stated we are okay to pay for the 2hr, then they say “we already keyed-in in the system, why don’t you say earlier”, like chasing us away while we were still eating, the tone and his gesture was very rude and unwelcoming 😅😅 it’s been some time we tried a new hotpot place but totally do not recommend. Concept is you take what you want from the fridge and food starts from 3.50 - 12? Do note that the portions for the cheap things are small like 4 fishballs.

Not that much variety but a lot of innards and blood. The beef slice was tough and full of fat, the pork belly was super thin with no mouth feel . Soup base was not too salty and spicy which is good.

Service was okay, nobody spoke English or bahasa or chinese.

The pork slice and fish slice are all very fresh. It’s in buffet style. There’s 2 type of soup that is given free, but if you want Mala then add RM7.90 which is very affordable.
