Ow Foo economy rice has a very unusual way of determining the price. The secret lies on what you are wearing. You will notice the difference when you intentionally take the same type and portion: old lady 30% cheaper tshirt, dun tuck in... 20% cheaper tshirt, tuck in... approximately rm8 to 10 depending on what you took. if you wears a shirt... 20% more expensive if you are well presented... 30% more expensive...
I go there with a group of colleagues, trying to figure out what's going on, where the price can differ vastly.
Sure can always ask, but, if you have been in my shoes, you'll know how many ridiculous excuses I've heard.

We have tried both wantan noodle and cha kuey teow + mee
Was a surprise that the taste is nice
Wanton noodle combined with hakka deep fried meat, a different expectation meal.
Cha kuey teow noodle have full wok hey and fried with mixed combination of vege, siham, fish cake, bean sprout lapchiong.
The coffee is not bad, we ordered less sweet but served to be very sweet too. At price of RM 2.80
