Burger King Olive Hill — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Terrible service. Apparently they simply put any incompetent walk in newbies to serve customers at the front desk without any basic training.

Just left the outlet without successfully making any order, the girl is so slow in all reactions and keep doing mistakes and do things at her own sweet pace. That’s ok, I missed the 12-3pm value meal hours thanks to that. You call yourself fast food?

After telling me it has already passed 3pm, I informed her about room for improvement in taking orders, she just stood there blank, avoid me, and walk away. I need to remind the manager I haven’t make any order, they just keep me waiting until the girl unwillingly come back to serve me, chose a set meal and she asked me whether go large or medium, there is no price displayed on all meal in various size, thus i asked her how much for each size since now it’s passed 3 , she just freeze there and keep pushing buttons on her com screen, no answer, ok, at this point i am so done with BK already.

Walked out turk to a Chinese hawker place, order Fish head Noodle, get my food in less that 3 minutes and go home with some peace on mind.

Burger King, slow...

I have read about having ONE STAFF working in this restaurant in older posts. To my shock, during my yesterday visit, it was still an one-man show !! There was only a lady wearing grey uniform working on burgers at the kitchen. No one attended to me at the counter for more than 10 minutes. Though there was no OBVIOUS LOUD banging of kitchen equipment, I could feel her annoyance from how she placed the food. After 15-20 minutes, only I saw another male staff appearing who I think was supposed to work in the kitchen.

If this restaurant is really shortage of staff, I would really recommend it to be closed down. This kind of bad service really spoil customers' mood...

Food quality is just edible but the service is really horrible. As when i walked in, the cashier that took our order, which was wearing an upper management black shirt, was rude and had a very “gangster” like attitude. The was she talked was like we owed her money. After payment, she was throwing boxes and banging the metal cabinets as we watch. Food that was served in the tray wasn’t serve accordingly and was left to sit at the table top for quite some time until we went over snd check.

Toilet cleanliness is really really bad with the odour worst than public toilet and a ball of hair left at the sink. It was really...
