Went here during PKPP.. Waitress forced us (family of four; 2 adults 2kids) to sit at two different tables, when there is a family of three dining in on 1 table. She didn't even have the initiative to ask her superior until we requested her to.. She even sort of question us why she has to be the one to ask..
Off duty staffs were occupying 2 tables for their lunch break (next to our table), and were chatting so very loudly (in foreign language) with on duty staffs.. Manager was there but didn't tell them off..
We ordered ramen but didn't received any until we left. Turned out it wasn't even on the bill, although we did write the ramen order on the order form..

We handed this slip to a waiter, who we saw submit the order to the kitchen. After waiting for 30 minutes without receiving our food, we called the waiter to inquire about our order. He claimed the order was never received, even though we had witnessed him submitting it. The service was extremely disappointing, as the staff seemed unresponsive to customer needs.
