The place is so cosy. Unlike other steamboat & grills places, ASAP is kids friendly. Families with small kids are advisable to dine at ground floor and let your kids play around that area. However, there're plenty of areas to be improved.
So, here is my honest review during my family dine at 9pm-11pm:
Environment : 5 Stars. Cosy, spacious, kids friendly. Easy access to foods area (our table at ground, nearby sink).
Parking : tempat parking disediakan, tp agak gelap, dan takde org jaga untuk arahkan pelanggan parking di area tengah when it has full occupied at the side area. Improvement: to add more lights, and maybe box for parking.
Staffs : 4.8 Stars. Most of the staffs here is friendly, helpful, very nice, always smile eventhough they looked tired. However, idk whether they're lack of staffs but some are quite slow like replenishing the foods section (especially seafoods, drinks and cutlery). Other than that, their services is superb from booking, to serves the soups, and even help to do surprise for birthday.
Foods : I would give 2.5 stars. The variation of foods is okay. Seasoning is okay. Mereka juga mempunyai 3 jenis soups; sup biasa, tomyam dan kari. Taste wise, okay, biasa je. You can also asks the staffs to replenish the soups or boleh juga minta mereka utk tukar jenis soup lain with no additional charges. They also can arrange for the cake tapi kene order 3 hari sebelum.
However, they could improve on replinishing the foods. Compared with other steamboats and grills resraurant, disini service untuk menambahkan makanan2 yg telah berkurangan agak lambat. Juga, dgn quantity yg agak sedikit. I feel that, macam dicatu. Contoh, semasa mereka menambah udang dan sbgnya, seorg pelanggan sahaja boleh menghabiskan semua yg baru diletakkan. Mungkin untuk elakkan pembaziran, tp utk awal pengambilan makanan, pelanggan mmg akan ambil makanan yg banyak. Jd tak perlu nk catu kot. Another thing is, agak susah nk ambil foods sbb kena tolak penutup peti ais kekiri kanan.
Safety : compared to other steamboat and grills resraurant yg agak sempit, disini, mempunyai ruang legar yg agak luas dan selesa. Untuk penambaikan, i would suggest to change the steamboat and grills gas to electric atau jenis yg lebih selamat. Sbb api gasnya agak menyambar (jenis yg org masak kenduri). Other than that is okay.
Price : Rm42 for adult, rm21 for kids, Free for below 5 years old. They have special treats; free for birthday person (kena bg IC masa buat pembayaran, kami byr masa nak balik), and Free for the 5th persons (bawa 4 org dewasa, yg kelima FOC).
Personally, if I were to come here for 2 pax, I would say tak berbaloi sbb harga agak mahal drpd other resraurant. Sbb dtg ramai2, agak happy due to the discounts.
Overall, I would give 3 stars due to the super nice and friendly staffs, tempat yg cantik dan selesa,...

I asked staff where my table and they asked me to que together with walk-in so what for i whatsapp you guys and pay for full amount if i need to que panjang2 for sake of table? Your system really need to improved especially during ramadhan. You know you will be full house so you should prepared well. Who makes reservation with payment please reserved their table first.
Even the food quantities are disappointing. Roti sangkaya need to que lama, and use pengukus kecil je even crowd ramai , ice box really really small, 1-2 families amik dah habis dah and staff not around to make sure ice always ada. Please use proper balang air yang besar to avoid this isues and ice letak la tempat yang besar . Cawan takada, some people amik mangkuk untuk minum if tak percaya check your cctv. Even bekas air pun so small for your crowd, pilihan of sauce habis and you guys should upgrade the amount and bekas besar. I believe you guys can do really better than this. This is not my first time come here. You should prepared something to make it smoothly especially during ramadhan dimana orang makan at 1 time.
The food was ok nothing much to complain. But if you want to improve your business take my words seriously. I heard so much complain while amik makanan. Pengkakas yang ada and guna really not suitable for ramadhan. Pau pun i took 3 before iftar, and no staff care section pau and still tak topup pun you know why i cakap tak topup cause i always checked sebab nak makan lagi.
The main problem is service from you guys. I really believe you can do much better. Please put staff at food section to monitor the food and beverage. Please think about reservation part, if you cannot do proper plans then dont take ppl money and accept online customer.
Take my comments positive Ć nd improved. Cause i already confronted one of your staff but staff just being staff. I hope your business went well always....

The entrance was blocked with the orange cones, they said people have to honk for drop off, but we did honked but it was raining so heavily so no one heard. It was jammed at the entrance because of that. the temperature (Covid SOP) was taken at the other side of the restaurant, at the gate, which we have to go there with our umbrellas, bringing our small babies to there. I asked them to change place to inside of the restaurant, they said they will but then never did. They said they did wait IN the restaurant, then they moved to the gate, not sure why. All my friends have to go there bringing their babies in the rain again. The food were really limited - No fruits at all. The servers seems very young, didnt have proper server manners. I was supposed to do company events here, they answered my DM on IG quite fast, but my boss didnt want to do it there because of limited time & we need a closed space. (Edited: Miss, we never confirmed the event so we didnt cancel on you. I just asked a few questions before the event, it's standard procedure, I asked quite a few other restaurants amongside yours. Please dont say we cancel on you. Thank you.) & I dont have any special request for this event, I dont understand what "requests" you "happily accomodate" me. I have been very considerate and this is normal HONEST review, i dont think this will affect your high varieties food buffet.
