The Voice Skypark Onecity — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Atmosphere was good but service was 0/10. Sat down since 8pm and ordered, the waiter did mentioned that food will need to wait but unexpectedly we waited till 10pm and yet no food was served. After checking again only they mentioned we never ordered, which means they never key in our order 😰 and we already wasted 2 hours waiting over here. We went over to request order again but not waiter came over to take order. End up now 11:30pm only mention again AND FINALLY THEY KEYED IN OUR ORDER!!!! Really a waste of time and no service was even provided tbh. Had a min order of beer when we entered due to countdown day, but service was so damn bad. Finally came one pasta after few hours of waiting, however still no sight of other food 😥 What’s worst is that they came over after we finish our pasta and request us to bill, and end up say that we’ve already pass...

the place was okay, i love the music, the vibes, the wine, staffs also friendly even some of them re not local but they re good with every customer. Food also good, especially the Asian menu since im 200% Asian, its so delicious and well served. the only thing im not really okay with the voice was the toilet, its so dirty, no staff cleaning it especially after happy hour. theres tissues everywhere.i even saw poo*, vomits on the floor of the toilet. so maybe in future u guys can do something to solve the problem bcs i can see u guys got the potential to attract more customer to come to your shop in future. overall, i would like to give 7/10. i love the view also. Food is quite pricey for the portion. Nachos was bit overpriced and not much topping for RM38, smoked duck pizza wasn’t tasty and the cheese was pasty, pasta was ok but portion is slightly small. The service was good and not too hard to get their attention, however it got a bit too disruptive as they kept opening and pouring the beer when we wanted to take our time - they need to be a bit more perceptive.
