Baker's Cottage EQUINE — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

The staff seemed extremely unmotivated and careless with their work. They completely messed up the writing on the cake, leaving it looking unappealing and poorly done. This level of service is truly unacceptable. Employees should be hired for their ability to provide quality service, not just to fill a position. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the shop about it, no one answered my call. Now I’m stuck with the cake far from the shop. I regret not checking it properly, especially since the staff member who wrote the name appeared suspicious and even tried to hide the cake from me. Terrible...

Normally I just buy black pepper chicken and bakers cottage, the chicken taste is superb. But today just buy and try their chicken burger. Their chicken patty is thick and the taste is great. But their buns are so cold and hard like stone.. hope management always checks their bread quality. #bakerscottageaeontamanequine

Cake ok, roti also nice Services so so i think nowaday the owner lazy to handle new staff and not training proper. I prefer old staff like before with good smile. New staff no basic at all, not welcoming customer, even buys many also cashier don know how to said basic thank you and proper smile. Keep talking to your colleagues and laughing, but infront customer face like robot no impression. I hope owners read this and hopefully i will enjoying...
