I've always liked empire sushi but this franchise gave me a bad experience. As we all are aware there is a promo going on for 2 box of sushi (6 pieces) for a price less than RM 10. And since I misunderstood the terms and agreements of the deal, I called it off and just wanted to proceed with the order that I want which was just 6 pieces of ebiko sushi, so RM 2 X 6 of the sushi right? And perhaps some tax fee would be included.
But instead of doing this way, they said my order was invalid and I can't order. Judging from what the staff was saying to one another, I'm assuming they're foreigner workers. And in my sight I couldn't see any local staff to assist me so instead I walked away.
My advice, please train your employees well (the non local) cuz they really seem clueless and although I'm at fault for not clarifying clearly, just straight up that I can't order something is absurd... That's all from my frustration.

They ignored us and kept doing whatever stuff they did. Service was really bad I ended up leaving. I’m going to take this up to the management. Very rude ya. Also this one girl, make face when she sees us standing in front of the counter. Please train your staff properly. It’s not like I ask for VIP...
