Hailam Kopitiam, Sri Serdang — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Super slow servise, but surprisingly not full house. waited for nearly 3 hours (2-5pm) but orders for at least 5 from 11 people were not ready! Completed orders were totally out of taste, too bland and foods not even look close to expectation! Price charged was highly unreasonable.

Took wrong orders, repeatedly! After each hour, we checked the order and apparently they wrongly key in our order. Once we revised, we were asked to wait longer and slotted in to the last customer que. What the heck! Its their mistakes and yet we were "punished" for additional waiting duration!?

Very rude staff (just a person, a lady in green hijab who claimed to be Asst. Manager). Didn't bother to tone down when talking with customers. Harshly back mouthing us but stupidly did't realize we could clearly hear her coz our tables were next to the cashier counter. P/S: Should you (green hijabi) read this, next time instead of acting false defensive and run away, face your customers professionally, AND GROW UP! Manners maketh man!

I AM NOT MAKING UP STORIES! Since it involved my whole family, I'm not up to tolerate and ready to file complaint in any ways possible. And of course I did confronted them. This review as for a warning to them and others! I have pictures to prove, but find it not YET...

I found a screw in my ice cendol. I also had diarrhea foe 2 days.

I was not happy with the lack of professionalism by the staff. They should have offered me not to pay or an apology. They just explained to me that the screw fell into the cendol and offered to make a new one. I had to tell them that I would not pay for them and they allowed it. However I and my friends were still charged for the other meal that we ordered (there was no screws found in them).

I would have appreciated if the staff apologised to me or offered us a free meal. I suffered diarrhea for 2 days and was feeling very sick. Ice is easily contaminated, staff should handle the food here better...

Went in Sunday at 5. The place setting was pretty bad. We had to be seated near the food preparation counter. Which to be honest a bit crowded. Too many small pax customer hoarding multiple pax tables. I mean 2 customer seating in a 6 seater table is kinda rude. That is not on the restaurant of course but the layout could be improved.

There are a lot of things 'habis' as well, and the waiter keep coming back telling us the item we want need to be changed. And the waiter seems to have know clue of what they serve on the menu...
