Extremely Disappointed - Served Spoiled Food & Terrible Service!

Visited Texas Chicken Sri Serdang yesterday afternoon (Saturday, April 27th, around 12:10 PM) and had a truly appalling experience. I was served coleslaw that was clearly spoiled – it had a foul smell and tasted off. Unfortunately, I had already consumed some before fully realizing it was bad. The worst part was the reaction when I reported this serious issue to the supervisor. Instead of showing concern or checking the food, the supervisor was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. They outright denied there was anything wrong and insisted the spoiled coleslaw was "okay". Serving rotten food is a major health hazard, and dismissing a valid food safety complaint like this is completely unacceptable. This shows a shocking lack of care for customer well-being and terrible standards. I strongly advise caution if you choose to eat here. Check your food very carefully before consuming. I had the WORST experience at Texas Chicken Seri Kembangan. First off, the cashier's attitude named Mariam Nabila Binti Hasan Alwi was absolutely disgusting. They looked like they didn’t even want to be there, giving me these rude, dismissive looks as if I was bothering them by just ordering food. She said she was tired when at the end of the day she got her salary and service tax despite not doing her job properly.

Then, they messed up my order and had the nerve to act like it was my fault! When I pointed it out, they didn't apologize or even try to fix it without an attitude. And don't get me started on how slow and sloppy the whole process was – it felt like they were deliberately dragging their feet. I don't know what kind of training they have there, but clearly, they need to start over from scratch!
