Read moreOne of my favourite places to get tomyam in Serdang. The taste is definitely one of a kind and personally to my tastebuds' liking. It's not the kind of tomyam where you'll have a lot of 'sampah-sarap', all the herb and spices are grinded so you can have a clean bowl by the end of your meal. That's the best sight!
The price is fair but definitely cost more than 'padang' or regular tomyam place. The last time I went, the price is still the same with slightly smaller tomyam portion.
Sometimes the place can be quite dirty and chaotic esp after a large crowd. That can be quite a turn off. I feel like they've been understaffed for a while now.
The cook would sometimes come out and she always has the biggest smile on her face when she sees you. I suspect this is why the food here...
Read moreFood is okay, i like the tomyam, but the service is lacking in manners. Always have to wait 30 minutes for my food. When i finally asked the staff why do others get food earlier than me one of the staff asked to wait and not giving any explanation. When she came back after few more minutes with my food she explained rudely why my food is made last (because it is fried) and didnt look at me and just dumped the food on the table and left. Felt humiliated by the experience. I did not raise my voice when I asked for the explanation and always ate or take away at the restaurant.
