I had a very horrible experience at the drive thru. If i could give 0 stars I would. First when I stopped in front of the Speaker where we order it was complete silence for about 2 minutes. 2 minutes later the staff said "hello order". I ordered a filet o fish medium set, i asked the staff what drinks do they provide and i selected coke. After that i had a promotion code from the Mcdonald's app which i wanted to redeem so i told the staff "saya redeem promotion code" the staff said "ah Cakap". After that the staff then said " yang tadi order first tu Spicy chicken Mcdeluxe kan?" I told the staff no it was filet o fish, the staff then said "depan". I went to the front and scanned my card to make a payment. After making the payment they gave me the drink which was sprite which was not part of my order, when i told the staff "Ini bukan Coke" the staff said " you tadi cakap sprite" i told " saya banyak kali cakap coke dah" she just turned in a very rude manner and she got me the coke and placed it at the table inside. Another staff in grey shirt took the drink passed it to me while the window is open i can hear the red shirt staff talking to her colleagues and she said " Tadi dia cakap Sprite sekarang cakap tak pulak", The grey shirt staff then passed my food to me and i moved forward a little and realized that I did not get an receipt, so i reversed back and requested for my receipt. The grey shirt staff printed and gave it to me. When i got home i noticed the BBQ sauce was not the same it was not sealed and i have a picture of it. It was in a small round Tupperware a sauce that was thick but I did not even know what it was as i know how the sauce are in Mcdonalds its properly sealed in a box type packaging. I did not consume that as I don't even know what it was.
No greeting when I came to the drive Thru. Wrong order taken. Wrong drink served and talking behind the customer. No sorry was said for the order taken wrongly and the drink being served wrongly. No receipt provided. Staff did not mention sorry for not providing the receipt, thank you and please come again. Some black sauce looking thing in a small round tupperware.
Girl whom took the order was wearing a red tshirt, This is the worst experience I have ever had at McDonalds. Your main priority should be customer service but from the initial stages where i came into the drive thru you have failed. Are proper training given to the staffs?. From my prospective the staff shouldn't be near a customer as She doesn't know how to communicate with customers and is unable to focus when a customers makes their order. No greeting and not a thank you or an sorry for the mistakes this is really disappointing. I would like an explanation on the 7 points that i have mentioned. with such rude staffs and unwelcoming environment because of the staffs behavior, I wouldn't even think of McDonalds again even if im hungry since this service is what would come to mind first. Read moreWe ordered our meal at kiosk counter and waited however our order were not displayed on the screen. In between we noticed that many customers was waiting at counter and the staffs was too confused. Then only we knew that they served wrong order and delayed in serving. My hubby waited patiently at counter to collect our order and been informed that nasi lemak left 1set ONLY. They asked us to replace with chicken and my hubby jz proceed with the chicken since they informed that will not cook nasi lemak.
My question to the manager of this outlet:
Don't you have a sophisticated system that you can't even block the meals that will finish soon or you are not interested to make? I don't see the manager being proactive to sort the customer issues. Are you having your leisure time? Problem will not solve by asking customers whether OK to replace with other items since we as customers came STARVING. Do we deserve to waste our time to wait for order and being informed that one of the item not available and will not replace.

There were at least 5 tables which were not cleaned. I approached the floor manager who took the effort to clean one table. He left the other tables uncleared (I don't know why).
While waiting for my meal, other staff (there were at least 2 inside) do not seem to take heed of the order, and waited for the floor manager to return. But at least he apologised.
I understand that it isn't supposed to be the staffs' job to clear tables and patrons should be clearing tables themselves (Malaysians' lack of civic-mindedness is another story). But ultimately the staff should be proactive in clearing tables when this happens. It doesn't seem to bother the manager or any staff, and the restaurant was empty (this is midnight on a Thursday night). I cod understand the situation if it were a full house or that they were short-staffed. But there was neither.
