Yesterday I have a terrible experience going to this outlet. First, my order came late. Ok fine I do understand your situation seems like you are lack of manpower and I have ordered a large order.
Second, there are few items that are not arrived. And I had to go to the counter a few times to asking my item.
Third, I didn't get my ice cream cone and free burger. Your manager offered me to add on another item to get a free burger. But dissapointedly, I didn't get my ice cream and also the free burger. So AGAIN, I'm going to the counter to take my order. Guess what?
I have waited for too long to be served. When customer in front of me asking to be served because she want to do a payment, your staff said that THEY ARE BUSY PREPARING CUSTOMERS ORDER. yes I do understand that YOU ARE BUSY but keep customer waiting too long to be served at the counter, this is totally DISSAPOINTED. she asking for TWO TIMES but your staff repeatedly said they are busy. Since I saw that kind of thing, I can't wait anymore so I just go back without taking my missing order.
Your service ARE TOTALLY OUT! this is my first BAD EXPERIENCE at mcd.
My suggestion is, if you are lack of manpower, you can limit your dine in customer. Customer rather to wait for their turn to dine in than get a BAD SERVICE from your staff! Please and please do improve...

After waiting for what felt like 20 minutes, I came down from my car, entered the store to see whats up.
I observed the workers inside the McDonalds, and it didn't seem like anyone was making my order. Not a hot coffee poured in a cup yet.
In fact, the lady who was in line behind me at the drive through; the one that ordered 2 big breakfasts and 2 hot milk tea; she received her food before I did. Of course she did, all because this McDonald's doesn't prioritize by who came first! Like what is even a queue right? After I saw that, I requested a refund from the manager. It was only after I requested for a refund that I saw the workers scrambling to START making my order. What the heck were they doing before then? I was under the impression that they had a system to track orders which would be displayed on a monitor. I guess no one bothered to check that.
Also, at this McDonald's I had the experience where the worker did not close the lid to the coffee tightly and spilled some hot coffee on to my hand. I've complained to McDonald's but they haven't responded...

Made a call to the branch and they admitted the rider dint even pick up the food yet, and tell me will arrange another rider to deliver. But guess what? I placed my order at 12:38am and iāve been waiting til 2am still no progress is done. Fast food or fine dining ni? Fyi my house is just 8mins away from mcd. I asked for refund and i am told that i will get my refund within 14 days.
So, thereās a staff offered to deliver my food the next day instead of refund. I was feeling thankful for this but after that i regretted it. Despite of still have to wait another 1 hour, i got my food in a condition of broken paper bag, not sealed. This is truly unforgivable. Who knows if this hygienic and safe to consume? Am i paying to get this treatment? No compensation no feeling sorry at all. The WORST MCD ever!
