I came in for lunch around 1.25pm on 10/12/2020 with 3 of my friends. Each of us have different experiences. I came straight to the kiosk to order and i selected to send my order to my table. After the receipt came out, the staf in purple outfit take it and gave it to the service counter. And i just waited at the table for my order to show up meanwhile waiting for my friend to finish ordering. After awhile, all of them get their order earlier than mine. I came back to the counter and spoke with the same staf in purple uniform. She asked me my receipt order no, but i dont have it as she already took it before i look at the number. She checked in the system and reconfirm my order, then she asked the staf at the back to prepare and she assure to send them to my table. And again my order still didnt show up. Then my friend came back again to the counter and again the staf said they will send to our table. By that time,all of my friends already finished eating and yet me still got nothing. One of the staf showed up and bring the wrong order. Dah lah lambat, salah pulak! Dissapointing! I've lost my patience as my lunch hour almost finish. I came back to the counter and i see there's not much customers in line, i straight away asked my order to be prepared now! I think maybe they lost my receipt, or already give them to other customer. For whatever reason, please arrange your staf accordingly. No one even realized that my order isnt sent yet. As for my friends, they complained that your beverages is almost tasteless and your carbonated drinks almost dont have that gassy taste, just imagine uncarbonated sprite will taste? We ordered K-Hack cara zizan razak Chicken and else on 3rd of August at drive thru but when we arrived home there is no korean sauce as it should come with the chicken, so we called and kindly ask for the korean sauce. They said they will try to find a rider to send it to our home so we wait and not eat yet. After 9 minutes they call back and said there is no rider that available at that time so I can ask for other time.
