taste is decent with reasonable pricing; the highlights include: lao sha bao dao sha bao loh mai gai - this is super moist & flavourful with a subtle hint of ginger stir fried radish cake - crispy crust with soft inner + good wok hey & seasoning + generous amount of eggs yu mai (鱼卖) - it's bouncy, fresh and fused with very finely chopped coriander yam pastry aka wu kok - not oily & surprisingly the yam does not overpower the meat fillings custard ma lai bao - first time seeing non-brown ma lai gao, it's only slightly sweetened, taste and smell are so appealing especially eating it hot

excluding the pastries, everything else is served piping hot 🤩 anyway the egg tart is quite a let down, lousy crust with bland fillings

parking is a little difficult as the reserved parking for their customers are...

I found this local dim sum shop in the old town area of sri kembangan. Dim sum here was very fresh and delicious. Had my 2nd round after the 1st round wet my appetite. They had many varieties and each type was just deliciously done. I was really satisfied. If you come a bit earlier around 10.00am, do expect a bit of a crowd. I had to wait about 15mins to get a table. Parking at this shop was limited but I think its due to the amount of people eating here. Portions served are in normal sizes. My group of HK friends also enjoyed the food here. It might not be as good as those in HK but they said it was acceptable to them. They never expected they could find such a decent dim sum shop in the residential areas in Sri Kembangan. Price charged here was very reasonable. Will definately be back again...

terrible. been there yesterday, and one of the dim sum is not even fresh (proven by flys that wandering around my har gao, definitely not fresh). the skin of the har gao is extremely thick, i end up leaving the skin with out eating it.

we ordered other dim sum such as siu mai, yao cai xiu mai, zu chang fen, bo lo bao, all taste below average. where during the early time, u can eat with out the sauce and the dim sum still taste great.
