chicken katsu is tasty, tender and toothsome. curry, unusually for japanese incarnation, packs peppery heat. egg is nicely runny, and is nice counterweight to curry.
hainan chicken chop is crunchy and tender in all the correct places. sauce is either tangy yet gentle combination of tomato and chilli. very much per canon.
mee siam is likewise good, in particular belacan fried chicken on side. these folk know how to cook chook.
and also fish. tilapia is tasty and succulent, with nice crisp and crunch on batter. tartar-derived dip adds to flavour.
which is also case for sesame dressing on salad. which is genuinely magnificent garden. with radishes being nicest discovery.
mushroom soup is tick below rest. would be better if shroom represented to same extent as cream. that said, still very much warm...

Atmosphere is nice and quiet, and air cond is not too freezing... Their carbonara spaghetti had a flour-like/powdery texture?? feels unusual... The food is mediocre, everything seem to be microwaved. The pictures and the actual meals are in stark contrast.
Big breakfast - the oil used has gone rancid, the tomatoe was no good, the dressing for the salad was sweet. The spaghetti - too heavy handed on the sugar. The TomYam - from packaged paste, rather salty. The garlic bread were super salty.
