Used to patron this restaurant regularly (dine in and takeaway) since pandemic, but due to some service dissatisfaction I don't see myself a returning customer. We called the restaurant to order takeaway Cantonese Yee Mee with less salt, less MSG and more gravy. Upon dishing out the food at home, we noticed there is barely enough gravy to cover and soften the Yee Mee. We then called the restaurant to provide feedback. To our shock, one of the restaurant staff or owner told us one person portion only entitled to such given volume of gravy, she told us if we want more gravy then just add hot water. (Won't the taste be spoiled?) She also told us are we lazy to just add hot water and microwave it. Hello, we order takeaway to eat as it is and not further cook it. Asking for reasonable amount of extra gravy is not absurd, but their reply is absolutely absurd and horrible. A review and feedback is a gift from customer, whether you appreciate is another matter. Have been dined here for quite some years. From one shop they extend to another to cater for families around here. Below are some of the dish that I would recommend.

Signature tofu are good. Tofu are smooth and outer layer have fine crisp. Sauce are just nice.

Yin yong pork rib are excellent. Nice contrast of flavour with one thousand island style and the other marmite style.

Steam fish are good too as their fish are fresh. Teochew style, Thai style and soy sauce is my choice.

They also have ala carte dish like noodles and single plate rice too.

Overall food are good. Can be packed when rush hour time. The price are quite reasonable.

Clean environment. Attentive staffs.

Food wise.. overall tasted bland, … tasteless 🫣 Jiang Nan Noodles : too starchy..sticky like you are eating glue 🫣 Hokkien Noodle : tasteless.. don’t have the hokkien mee taste 🙅🏻‍♀️ Same goes to the intestine and fried cabbage.. clay pot Kang Kung was overcooked, and too much of sauce..

Curry fish head tasted ok.considered the best dish of the night 🫣.. crabs were fresh, meat was tender and sweet .. would be better if paired with a better cooking sauce 🤷🏻‍♀️

Overall.. normal place, serving mediocre food.....
