We had dinner here last Friday. We ordered 3 XL crabs amongst other dishes. However, we were all disappointed that the XL crabs didn't seem like XL sizes at all, and the puzzle of the evening was that the dish was served without the crabs' top shell covers. They also did not chop/divide the pincer segments from the body segments.
So we asked the owner and he merely said (verbatim) that "top shell covers will only be given if we had ordered XXL" and the pincer-body segments were not divided because "that's the way how it's done here".
Our quiet suspicion is that they omitted the top shell covers because it is easier for customers to judge the size of the crab (or lack thereof) by the top shell covers, and they didn't divide the body from the pincer segments so that the crab portions looks bigger.

Crab style is as Kam Heong - fairly disappointing. No dried shrimps, the dish was filled with onions and no bird’s eye chillies even to give it that spicy kick. It may as well have been Soy Sauce Crab. In fact we only had 1 piece each and packed the rest to modify the dish at home.
I expressed the above to the owner/cashier and his feedback was he will let the kitchen/chef know and everything has gone up in price. I mean selling me XXL crabs and giving me Crabs in size M is not acceptable and kam heong with no dried shrimps.
The food was salty - needed lots of water and coke after to...
