My family made an order from your Company, for these items;

Package F (3 honey, 2 B.Pepper) x 5 pack Black Glutinous Rice with Chicken & Mushroom x 5 pack Ang Koo Kuih 60GM x 10 pieces Red Eggs x 10 pieces Delivery Charges worth RM30.00

I would like to write in to make an official complaint regarding your delivery driver’s refusal to deliver the goods to my unit. She said her instruction is to deliver to lobby.

My mother was home alone with a new born baby at that time and it would be difficult to go down to the lobby to collect. Luckily another family member had just arrived and went to the lobby to collect. However by then, the rider has been waiting in the lobby for over 40 mins.

Considering RM30.00 delivery charges were paid with no fuss from our end, was it too much to ask for them to deliver to our doorstep? Pizza Hut, Grab Food, Food Panda delivers right to the doorstep with cheaper delivery charges. Your delivery girl was not accommodating at all even after my mother explained that she had a new born baby at home and cannot come down to collect.

Although Uniq Catering Services has since apologized and tried to compensate for this experience, my family felt that the apology should be coming from the Logistics partner and that delivery rider specifically. A little bit of understanding and consideration would have avoided this situation entirely. She was parked directly below our block and would have only taken 3 minutes to go up to our floor, drop the goods at the doorstep, and come back down to her car. We engaged Uniq catering for our company event and overall, we are satisfied with their service and food. The entire process was smooth, with prompt responses from PIC of our booking, Mr Guay who's attentive to our queries. The catering team arrived on time, and special thanks to Rabiull for being helpful in making sure everything was arranged nicely. We like the CNY deco which complemented our event. The CNY menu had a good selection of dishes and there was plenty of food for everyone. While the food was generally okay, we especially enjoyed the teh tarik and prawns.
