Richiamo Coffee- Desaru — Restaurant in Taman Desaru Utama

Never been upset when i went to richiamo coffee before, this branch in desaru, not many option of order, limited menu- when im taking time to order, the staff (as attached in photo) is showing some attitude and not happy with us, the customer who is trying to figure out which menu to order in such limited options- i mean when they said those being cancelled is not available I understand, but when trying to order those without the one cancelled in menu also she said “not available”- all the more reason we taking time to order yet, she is showing attitude to us- and then when all the food ordered sttled and arrived on our table, suddenly one of the drinks ordered is not there, when we go back to counte and clarify she said-“not available”- she didnt mention that the drink is not available- and payment already made. I ordered beef bolognese for take-away. Feel dissatisfied with the taste and the portion of the bolognese sauce. It's a bit bland, not enough sauce and more importantly, there's a strand of hair in the food. Also, ordered salted caramello latte and the taste was just hard to describe. I've tried in a diff branch before and it taste great but not here. Read a review here that there was a dead fly in your food. Now, a strand of hair. There must be something wrong in the back kitchen. Hope will improve...

We got the hazelnut latte, salted caramel coffee and hazelnut lava croissant. The coffees were quite disappointing as the coffee taste wasn't strong at all. Tasted more of the syrup which made it sweet. Could be more suited to people who like weaker coffee.

But the hazelnut croissant was rly good! There's like a hazelnut sauce inside. The staff warmed it up a little for us too so the croissant was nice and flaky. Staff were nice as well.
