T'kafé — Restaurant in Terengganu

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I came in and sat down, but no staff approached to take my order. I had to go to the counter to order and pay for a roti canai and a roti telur. After that, the long wait began.

I waited around 5–10 minutes and noticed that customers who arrived after me were already receiving their food. I went to the counter to ask about my order. The staff just called out “Table 8” and nothing else. I waited another 10 minutes, then asked again, as it had already been over 20 minutes.

The person preparing the roti canai responded rudely, saying, “If you can wait, then wait. If you want it fast, go get rice from the other side.” What kind of attitude is that? I had already paid. Is it really so difficult to prepare just a roti canai and a roti telur?

After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I finally received my order. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the wait. The roti canai was cold.

The food is not worth the price... nasi lemak is only a quarter of a plate with a boiled egg, no beans, no cucumber (It's not that I don't want, but it's over), it's RM 5.00 (for a child who only eats a little)... the concept of this shop is, even if you take a little, you'll pay the full price... even though it's a self-service concept... so if you come here, just take a lot because nasi lemak is charged full price even if you only take half the food. The same goes for nasi dagang... the side dishes are already finished, just take a little and it's charged full price... Coming here again, I really blacklisted this shop. The service here is the worst we’ve encountered across South East Asia. Plenty of staff there but it took a while for our menus to be given to us. We ordered a vegetarian dish but it came with fish oil in it, which’s a fine mistake but the reaction from some of the staff members was really rude. When our next dish came out it tasted exactly the same as before so probably just added the fish sauce again. Most of the staff don’t do any work and just sit down on their phones (oh and one was popping her spot, lovely!).
