Overall: Give it a miss unless youâre desperate. Nice setting, but everything else falls flat.
What I had: Chicken burger with banana chips and lemon juice. She had a tofu burger, banana chips and another juice. Tofu burger not great, chicken one was passable, but it was really just a bit of marinated chicken in a bun with some salad.
Value: RM85 for two basic burgers and juices. Completely overpriced.
Staff: Smiley, seemed nice, but didnât ask for feedback or engage beyond the basics.
Service: Fairly quick, no complaints on timing.
Setup: It's a literal shack on the beach. Tables on sand, no chairs, no shade. They have a small kitchen with water and electricity. Shares other facilities like tables, toilet and hand wash with Driftwood Café next door.
Cleanliness: Seemed okay. One of the guys arrived an hour before opening to clean and setup. Hard to judge â beach setting, minimal structure.
Menu: Quite a few veggie and vegan options.
Improvements: Drop the prices or improve the offering. I'm not the first review who's said you're overpriced. Add chairs. Maybe ask how the food was before...

Fruit platter was on the house cos they realised we waited...
