I cannot recommend this place enough! We stayed for 10 days and had an absolute wonderful time. We were so so so sad to leave. Will definitely come back! We stayed in the Chalet „Singularity“ which was quite big and had 3 beds for 2 people. The AC worked perfectly well and we even had hot water, wow! But the best is the location.. directly at the beach. You wake up watching the sunset on your terrace and can basically jump from the terrace into the sea. It was just so so beautiful. The beach is quite empty, has clear water and golden sand, so beautiful. We loved the „remote feeling“ you get from Juara Beach with all the jungle in the background. But the area still has enough cafes/restaurants. So 100% recommend!!!
One more thing.. this cat (see photos) seems to live in the area around here. She was on our balcony the first day and basically stayed with us on the balcony whole day 🥺 she is very friendly and loves to be cuddled. Please be nice to her and give her some water if you stay here. She always seemed to be...
Read moreThe most wonderful part of the stay is having a chalet overseeing the beautiful sea and nice sandy beach.
The sea is just a stone’s throw away. View from the veranda is simply breathtaking and yet tranquillising. The sunrises just in front of the chalet.
One waterfall within hiking distance of 1 hour. Grocery and restaurant just a few minutes of walking distance. Owner is very friendly. Approaching for help is sometimes dependant on time and luck.
The property can be quite simple. Not comparable to big establishments, but we were there precisely for such reasons. Not withstanding, we had one without a sink, just a running water tap in the chalet. Making brushing of teeth a balancing act of resourcefulness and creativity. No personal safe and a shabby main door lock in our case. Our mattress was OK. I remember sleeping fairly comfortably.
I would not hesitate to return to this...
Read moreI stayed in the moon suite and it was right in front of the beach! That was by far the best part of the accomodation - sitting on a chair and see the sea. I loved that. The bed was comfy. It is more practical than cozy. There is no sink in the bathroom but I got used to it and I liked the simple room. The Wifi is not really working because the router is at the reception. For the price per night it was definitely a good place to stay! I'd stay there again (but it's not a 3 star hotel). And there is no water filter at the permata beach chalets so you always have to buy a plastic...
