This Japanese restaurant offers teppanyaki dining right on the beach, which is such a unique concept! The chef's skills reminded me of the precision we Norwegians appreciate in our craftsmanship - every cut, every flame perfectly controlled. Had the wagyu beef which was incredibly tender, though I have to admit I missed the robust flavors of our Norwegian beef. The miso-glazed black cod was exceptional and reminded me of our own North Sea cod back home, but with completely different preparation.
