Ufaa by Jereme Leung — Restaurant in South Ari Atoll

We enjoyed our dinner. Appetizer , two entrees - Sweet and Sour Prawns and Beef Tenderloin in Pepper Sauce, Chicken Fried Rice and a side of broccoli. For two people to share it was very decent, delicious and fulfilling. Our bill was around $200 USD not including drinks (a still bottle of water to share is $15 USD) and gratuity. All which we expected so this wasn’t a sticker shock. They offer different items during lunch so we will probably visit again for lunch. I wish we could have dined at 6 pm to enjoy the day light. When it gets dark, it really gets dark. There is a beautiful ambiance and glow from Ithaa. Disappointing Experience Due to Food Poisoning

I recently stayed at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island in the Maldives and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the dining. After ordering a meal from the hotel's restaurant, my husband developed severe food poisoning within hours. This was extremely unpleasant and completely disrupted our stay.

While the location and scenery are beautiful, the lack of proper food safety overshadowed everything else. A guest should never have to worry about getting sick from a resort’s restaurant, especially at this level of hospitality.

I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves food handling standards, because guests deserve to feel safe and cared for...

The prawn with wasabi mayo and the stir-fried beef tenderloin served with almonds, grilled vegetables & pepper sauce were outstanding. I’m still thinking about both dishes even after visiting the restaurant on 2 different evenings. Everything else we had was delicious as well.
