Zmerc Pub — Restaurant in Balzan

I have been a regular attender in this pub for many years now. It is located in the middle of Attard a few steps away from San Anton Gardens. It is quite big on the inside, one or 2 tables on the outside. The selection of drinks is quite extensive and prices are quite reasonable. Furthermore ever since I can remember this bar offered free snacks and still does but the selection and its quality of these snacks have diminished, which is a pity. It was really good some months ago, they brought so many appetizers with your drinks and was a pleasure to stay there. The atmosphere was nice and you can watch live football.

Last time we were there, only a few portions of bread with all our drinks, we were 3 and we spent 16€ and they brought us so poor appetizers. We saw other tables full of some tasty food such as rice and fried chicken, and when they were bringing food seems that they ignore us.

Have been here frequently however usually its an amazing place to be with friends where you have food and drinks. However, this time the experience was not that good. Service was slow waited for around 30 minutes to get our drink orders and we have been here when it was busier. Apart that our table barely got given any appetizers compared to other tables who were closer to the sever.
