ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! You should be ashamed of yourselves for this! Today 19 Sep I bought a carrot cake and red valvet muffin to go. Both the the cake and the muffin are stale and hard! How dare you do this to customers! What nonsense is this? I paid over €8 for crap like this?? You are scamming us, there’s no way you do not know your products and that old, stale and hard! My stomach is giving me issues for just tasting your muffin. THIS IS WRONG!

I ordered: 1 "arancino" (3.6€), 1 muffin (2.5€), 1 espresso (1.5€). I didn't expect quality from the arancino and it was actually worse than expected. The muffin was old and dry. The coffe arrived 5mins before the arancino, so it was cold when I drank it and not a good one to begin with. Personally I will avoid this place in the future.

The staff were kind and patient. The prices for the food were fair and the ham and cheese toast I had was simply the best. The cheese and onion toast was also amazing. It came along with some crisps and a salad. They were both fresh. The cappuccino was as usual. It is the best place to relax after an hour of shopping.

The service was very slow. It took a while until staff noticed us tong to catch their attention so we can place an order. It took even longer for the orders to arrive.

Some food from my experience is microwaved to heat up. This is mainly done for snacks. I also had a chicken cesar salad which was ok but a bit underwhelming.

The atmosphere is a nice casual atmosphere, somewhere you wouldn't mind going with your family or for a work lunch. The staff was very friendly despite the...

Generally it's a 4 star. Yesterday's experience was slightly poor, the establishment was not busy at the time of the visit. Yet i had to draw the server's attention about my presence, a second drawing of attention to get a menu. The order came without the drinks because these were forgotten, one set of cutlery. The servers appears to be new joiners, so giving them the benefit...
