As soon as we entered he place was half lit.. could be due to refurbishment or maybe they're going for that atmospheric half built look Waitresses were present however they could have been non existent It took us several attempts to grab their attention and when one finally turned up after 10-15mins she asked if we would like to order... we asked for the menus Food took ages to arrive.. the prawn salad was pretty bland.. all I could taste was defrosted prawns and cold lettuce The salad was not dressed and all I had was a small pot of mayo on the side.. a bit of a sad salad.. unless you're going to make an effort to present a nice salad as a meal rather than in the form of a students packed lunch, take it off the menu. The pizzas looked ok.. but then again if you're offering more than pizzas try make the rest of the food good My dad ordered the gluten free pizza .. his fork ended up bent in three positions due to the toughness of the dough. Disappointed as told that bookings are not taken since always available and on Arrival I was told that:- Restaurant was full and not permitted to enter. The two waiters just didn't care that I told them that I was told by management that booking was not necesary. I had taken my work superiors there for a meal..and explained to these that a booking cannot be done so when the waiters asked if I had a booking they looked at me with disbelief and thought that I was lying. First time trying this pizzeria. I must say it was delicious and one of the best. Very disappointed though with the drinks. First and foremost the drink list was not available as they did not have.we ordered 4 ......500ml coke bottles and we were charged 14.40. , that works out at 3.80 for an ordinary smallbottle of coke !!!! They punched on the receipt 4 big bottles when they were the small 500ml individual bottles. I queried the price and was told that is normal for that bottle. Very disappointing to say...
